Coffee FAQ

  • Coffee beans are whole and stay fresh longer. Ground coffee is pre-crushed for convenience but loses freshness faster. Grinding beans just before brewing gives the best flavor.

  • Our beans are sourced from top coffee-growing regions around the world, including Africa, Central & South America, and Asia Pacific. Each origin offers unique flavor characteristics.

  • Not exactly. Dark roasts taste bolder, but light roasts often contain slightly more caffeine. Strength mostly depends on how much coffee you brew, not the roast.

  • Store beans in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture. Avoid the fridge or freezer for daily use, as moisture can affect flavor.

  • Whole beans are best within 2–4 weeks after roasting. Ground coffee should be used within 1–2 weeks for optimal flavor.

  • Think about:

    • How you brew (espresso, filter, French press)
    • Flavor preferences (fruity, chocolatey, nutty, smoky)
    • Roast level you enjoy
